You can register by popping into your Local or Walk-in DELC if you have one nearby to you, whereby our friendly team of Facility Managers (FMs) will be more than happy to help. They will complete an online form for you and then send it to the DLP registration team, who will add you to the system. You must have a valid email address so that your account information can be sent to you. Registrations will take approximately one working day.

Method 2: For users with access to DLP outside of the DELC. This method presumes access to DLP on the RLI.

You can submit an Account Creation form via the DLP Information Page hosted on the RLI. Links to that page are available from the DLP Login page and all DLP Information Web pages http://www.dlp.dii.r.mil.uk/.You must have a valid email address so that your account information can be sent to you. Registrations will take approximately one working day.

Method 3: For users with access to DA-CMT on the RLI.

A new User will submit an Account Creation form through the DLP Information Page hosted on the DA-CMT site on the Intranet, http://www.dblearning.dii.r.mil.uk/dlp/dlp.htm. The process is the same as in Method 2 above.

DA-CMT will conduct a check on each application to evaluate whether an applicant can be processed as MOD Core 1. If an individual is not assessed as MOD Core 1 then an e-mail explanation is generated. If an individual is assessed as Mod Core 1 then Account Creation goes ahead.

Once an account is created the normal process is that the initial password for logon is sent via e-mail to the e-mail account of the applicant. You must have a valid email address so that your account information can be sent to you. Registrations will take approximately one working day.
